With this note, our team will transfer your item to our specialized repair centre. Call us after one week to verify the repair status and coordinate a pickup time.

We understand that cost is an important consideration, so we've created a transparent pricing structure for your convenience. The base rate for repairs starts at €23, with additional charges for specific services like lock resets (€2) or wheel replacements (€15). We aim to provide our valued customers with prompt and reliable repair solutions.

Please note we do not sell parts. You will have to use our full service if you need a component. 

While repair times may vary depending on part availability, we typically aim for a timeframe of 7 to 14 days.
